One line per unit past 30 days, oldest first
| Stock # | Year / make / model | Days | Landed | Current price | VDP views | Leads | Diagnosis — price or merchandising | Action — a number, not a verb | Date it happens | Signed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Read views and leads together. High views and no leads is a price problem; low views is a merchandising problem. Fix merchandising before price, and write down which one you diagnosed.
Every unit past 60 days — the same four questions
| Stock # | 1. VDP views and leads since listed | 2. What was done, and on what dates | 3. The play now, and by when | 4. The exit if this does not work |
