Rows: General Manager, General Sales Manager (only if your store has filled this seat — rare), Sales Manager, Service Manager, PAA Manager, F&I Manager (reports to the GM by default, or to a General Sales Manager if that seat is filled), Local Accounting Staff, Salespeople, Used Buyer, Service Advisors, Technicians, Counter Associates. One person filling more than one role is common, not an exception — mark it, don't hide it.
