Our offer

A written offer, not an estimate and not a range, on a motorcycle inspected here. It holds through the date above whatever the market does. Nobody quoted it by phone, and nobody changes it.

What this offer does not do

• It does not change your repair order. Approve or decline — the offer stands either way, and so does your appointment.
• It does not commit you to anything. Nothing to sign today.
• It does not expire quietly. Seven days, in writing, with a phone number that reaches the person who wrote it.
• It is not a trade allowance against another purchase. This is what we will pay you for the motorcycle.

If you decide to accept

• The title in your name — not a photo of it, and not signed over by somebody else.
• Both keys.
• If money is still owed, we obtain a ten-day payoff and pay your lender directly.
• We handle the transfer paperwork and the title submission.

• Offer delivered in hand at pickup with the invoice — not called, not texted, not left in voicemail
• Advisor did not quote a number or a range at any point
• Logged in the appraisal log (APR-01) the same day, with the dollar figure on it
• One follow-up call inside 24 hours, made by the buyer

Customer keeps the top copy with the invoice. Dealer copy attaches to the repair order, and the offer is logged the same day — an offer that is not in the log with a number on it did not happen.
